Purpose:
We are seeking a Social-First Graphic and Video Designer with Poker Acumen to join our Organic Social team in Toronto, responsible for crafting organic, social content - editing footage, designing posts, and transforming moments from GGPoker and GGVegas into scroll-stopping visuals - for platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, Youtube Shorts, Facebook, and Twitter.

What We’re Looking For
- A strong portfolio of social-first design and video content.
- Experience creating content specifically for organic social, not just performance marketing or ads.
- Basic knowledge of poker is a big plus—you’re designing for players, and understanding the game helps you speak their language.
- Familiarity with AI creative tools that enhance output, such as text-to-audio sync, auto-captioning, or template automation.
- Knowledge of organic social content best practices across TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to give and receive feedback in a fast-moving, creative environment.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Editing and producing standout video content from poker gameplay, streamers, GGTeam ambassadors, and community highlights.
- Craft highlight edits from long-form gameplay and final tables that capture key moments and emotion.
- Design static and motion graphic content for organic social media - including memes, carousels, polls, stat cards, promos, and hype visuals.
- Add audio effects, bold captions, text overlays, transitions, zooms, slo-mos, and other social-native tricks to elevate every piece.
- Take creative briefs and bring them to life with personality, energy, and a deep understanding of poker culture.
- Collaborate with content leads and strategists to align visuals with platform best practices and engagement goals.
- Stay on top of social media trends, meme culture, and video storytelling techniques, especially those relevant to gaming and iGaming.
- Work under tight deadlines and juggle multiple projects at once without compromising creative quality.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of proven experience in video editing and design.
- Strong skills in composition, layout, motion, and typography.
- Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.
- Experience integrating creative AI platforms into your workflow.
- Excellent understanding of digital and social content standards.
- Strong attention to detail and time management under tight timelines.
- A portfolio that showcases both creativity and technical skill in video and design—ideally with social examples.
