GGPoker holds the largest online poker market share globally, and we are looking to add talented and passionate individuals that will help us maintain being number one.
Purpose:
We are seeking a Regional Director, B2C with a deep understanding of the online Poker market to drive our growth and increase our market share across regions, with the objective of making GGPoker THE online destination for all poker players.
This role reports to the Managing Director, GGPoker and will manage a team of managers handling each country.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of the Overall P&L responsibility for the assigned regional markets
- Acquire customers sustainably, and deliver growth in accordance with set budget and targets
- Integrate and coordinate marketing internal marketing talent and processes, enlisting different teams, processes, and marketing verticals (performance and channel marketing, digital marketing, SEO, PPC, CRM, etc.)
- Ensure our websites are optimised and localised for assigned markets
- Develop and implement the marketing strategy for regions, including clear plans for all available marketing and communication channels like affiliation, ambassadors, events, social media etc.
- Contribute to localised campaign ideas, marketing briefs and campaign review deliverables
- Work closely with the content team to develop the creative concept allowing for long term brand building and communication within the market
- Work together with the Business Development team to identify ways to grow in the market including agents, affiliates, resellers, payment solutions etc
- Plan, buy, negotiate all media, either through direct relationships or through a media agency
- Follow-up and analyse all the marketing activities with the Data Analytics Team to make sure it is all in line with budgets and targets
- Maintain in-depth knowledge on the market including keeping tabs on the competition and the regulatory situation
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in iGaming or online Poker specifically
- 5 years of experience in managing cross-regional/country teams and leading full channel marketing
- Extensive experience in CRM and full knowledge of full channel marketing
- Strong logical and analytical skills as well as the ability to multitask and balance multiple projects and priorities with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate issues and results in a clear, concise, and precise manner, both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to work on projects independently or collaboratively with the team.
- Curious by nature, passionate about poker and improving the ecology of the poker industry.
- Flexibility, versatility and in a position to work in accordance with the demands of the business
- A passion for being a strong online voice
- Deep knowledge of social media platforms, and community forums
Compensation:
- Annual raise based on performance on base salary
- Discretionary bonus [up to 100% of salary per annum]
