GGPoker holds the largest online poker market share globally, and we are looking to add talented and passionate individuals that will help us maintain being number one.
Purpose:
We are seeking a Poker Affiliates Manager to join our team in Toronto, Canada, reporting directly to the Managing Director of GGPoker and our Global Affiliates Director. This role will be responsible for 1) building relationships and managing GGPoker’s affiliate network relationships 2) handling non-performing affiliates accordingly to increase traffic and revenue and 3) handling all administrative tasks pertaining to affiliates.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist Senior Affiliate Manager in handling existing affiliates and related administrative tasks
- Manage a portfolio of affiliate accounts with the objective of growing the count of new depositing customers
- Monitor and analyze affiliate performance to measure affiliate effectiveness
- Identify and cultivate top performers and develop incentive programs to reward key partners
- Create monthly promotions and communications to affiliates
- Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve landing pages and overall marketing and merchandising campaigns through the affiliate program
- Develop affiliate recruitment and affiliate program marketing campaigns
- Implement strategies to increase the quality and yield of affiliate partners
Requirements:
- Experience in iGaming or online Poker a plus
- A passion for (online) Poker
- Understanding of how (online) Poker deals work (rake, revenue, commissions, bonuses, etc.)
- Strong logical and analytical skills as well as the ability to multitask and balance multiple projects and priorities with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate issues and results in a clear, concise, and precise manner, both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to work on projects independently or collaboratively with the team.
- Curious by nature, passionate about poker and improving the ecology of the poker industry.
- Being Bilingual (in any secondary language) is a plus.
- Flexibility, versatility and in a position to work in accordance with the demands of the business
- A passion for being a strong online voice
- Deep knowledge of social media platforms, and community forums
Compensation:
- Annual raise based on performance
- Discretionary bonus up to 50-75% [depending on experience] of annual salary
