Purpose:
We are seeking a Video & Graphic Design Specialist to join our Marketing & Sales team in Toronto, reporting directly to the Global Creative Director.
The successful candidate will be an integral member of the marketing team working on various campaigns and projects to promote The World’s Biggest Online Poker Site - GGPoker. You will work alongside other designers and copywriters, the wider Global Marketing Team, and at times, with our various international offices and team members.
The candidate will be required to use creativity, problem solving and the strong fundamentals of graphic design and creative AI platforms to execute creatives that will be used in online digital marketing, web display banners, social media advertising. They will need to have excellent attention to detail and good time management, as there will often be the requirement to work on multiple projects and to tight deadlines.
You will need to submit a full portfolio of work along with your CV to be considered for this position.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Be an integral member of the GGPoker/NSUS team working on various campaigns and projects to promote GGPoker, the world's biggest online poker site.
- Report to the Global Creative Director and collaborate with other designers, copywriters, social media experts, and the wider Global Marketing Team.
- Collaborate with international offices and team members as necessary.
- Utilize creativity, problem-solving skills, and strong graphic design fundamentals to execute creatives for online digital marketing, web display banners, social media advertising, and other design-related tasks.
- Ensure excellent attention to detail in all design work.
- Manage time effectively to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of proven design experience
- Creativity and an eye for detail
- Strong composition, layout and typography skills
- High-level skills in Adobe Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, AfterEffects, Premiere Pro
- Understanding of creative AI platforms and how to integrate them into design workflows
- Be confident bring a project all the way from concept to delivery yourself
- Knowledge of the latest social media and digital trends
- Understanding of web and digital asset standards
- Excellent communication skills
- Good time management, comfortable working in a fast-paced office and to tight deadlines
- Be comfortable working independently, while also taking direction from the team
- A strong online portfolio that showcases both your creativity and high level graphic design skills
Profile Differentiators:
- Basic Knowledge of Poker
- Understanding of HTML5 and/or Bannerflow
- Wordpress CMS Experience (HTML/CSS)
- An interest in gaming and/or iGaming
