Purpose:
We are seeking a Poker Account Manager to join our team in Toronto, Canada. Reporting directly to our Operations Managers in Korea and Canada, the Product Specialist supports marketing, day-day operations, coordination, communication, and analysis and research for our brand: ClubGG - a social poker platform offering players the opportunity to host and enjoy games like Texas Hold’em and Omaha with their friends.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Marketing Assistance:
- Support social media marketing by drafting posts, monitoring engagement, and responding to comments
- Develop and brainstorm promotional initiatives, collaborate with teams to execute campaigns, and track results
Research & Analysis:
- Conduct research on market trends, competitors, and player feedback
- Provide insights and suggestions to improve the platform and its features
Operations:
- Collaborate with our Legal & Compliance team to ensure compliance with applicable regulations and legislations
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with clubs to support their smooth operation.
- Manage development requests from clubs or unions and address technical inquiries
- Relay the requests/concerns from clubs or unions to the dev side
- Performs other related duties as assigned
Requirements:
- 2-3 years experience in the iGaming industry
- Proven experience and knowledge with Sweepstakes regulations
- Poker experience is not mandatory but it will definitely provide an edge in executing additional roles this position could lead to
- Strong logical and analytical skills as well as the ability to multitask and balance multiple projects and priorities with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate issues and results in a clear, concise, and precise manner, both verbally and in writing
- You must be a dedicated and supportive teammate and be willing to help out when needed
- Ability to work on projects independently or collaboratively with the team
- Proactive about new projects that will help the team
- Curious by nature, passionate about poker and improving the ecology of the poker industry
